Playing In the Rain

When it rains, Lizzy begs to go outside an jump in the puddles! Today, it was still raining pretty hard in the time we were out, so it was a short playtime...but she had fun nonetheless! She LOVES any reason or occasion to slip on her hello kitty rain boots! :-)

Basketball Camp

Last week the boys had a fun week at Basketball Camp. It was put on by our church and their good buddies, King and Hank, joined them in the fun! I was able to take some pictures the last day, so here are the highlights of what I snapped...

I'm proud of you boys! And I am so glad that you had such a fun week! :-)

Out of the Mouth of Lizzy...

Yesterday I was running some errands in the afternoon. At one point, I called home to check in and see how everything was going and Lizzy Answered the phone. When she said, "Hi Mom!", her voice sounded like she had a cold, so here is the conversation that followed:

Me: Lizzy, are you sick?

Lizzy: (A Long Pause) "Well, I had the hiccups yesterday..."

:-)

Oh do I love that girl!

Our "Hairy" Ape

I gave Drew a haircut the other day...a BIG haircut! And he got a bit "hairy" in the process...

Here is the pile of hair that was on the floor when we were done...

And you will have to wait for a new picture...I haven't taken one I guess...so I will post it later. =) He looks quite handsome!

4th of July

We had a FUN day yesterday!! We spent the day at the pool and the night at a Ranger's baseball game, two of my favorite things! And I was with my favorite people, so how could it be any better? We saw some of the most amazing fireworks ever!!! Here are some pictures from the game...I missed taking some at our time at the pool...and don't have any of the fireworks either...

I hope that you all had a fabulous 4th of July! Thank you Lord for our country and for all of the people that sacrifice their time and lives to protect this great nation!
