Out for a stroll

Our nightly walks are some of my favorite times.  He loves it.  Sometimes we walk the same 20 feet back and forth.  Sometimes we walk around the block and touch all the mailboxes. Daniel leads the way...as long as it is not into the street!

Love this boy.  Words really fall flat as I try to describe it.  And I would love to know what he is thinking.  Maybe one of these days he will be able to tell us.

Playing with the water can bring out some FUN faces!  :)  She is such a fun girl.

Whiffle Ball

This past week while my parents were staying with us, we played three games of Whiffle Ball.  It was perfect weather for it, as it was not too hot so Daniel could be out and enjoy the time with us as well.  He liked hanging out in the BOB, eating saltine crackers and drinking cup after cup of icy cold water!  :-) We also had sweet neighbor friends join us for a couple of the games.  Here are MANY pictures (although I have many more) capturing our time together playing this fun game...

The last two are definitely two of my favorites.  Love seeing daddy and Drew having so much fun together.  One of the little boys who joined us asked Sam yesterday, "Can we do this again tomorrow?"  I think there will be more big neighborhood whiffle ball games in our future.  :)

Beautiful Rainbow

Tonight the sky was adorned with a beautiful rainbow as the sun was setting.   Daniel was out in his swing with his grandpa pushing him, so I was able to get the rainbow behind him...

As the sun set further the rainbow became more rich in color.  Drew commented that he had never seen such a beautiful rainbow.

Each time I see one, I am reminded of God's Faithfulness.  He is a faithful God.

Swinging Boys

Yesterday I snapped this sweet picture of all my boys (who all happened to be dressed in red) swinging together this way...

 I love that Drew and Sam help their brother swing a bat...can you tell that Daniel loves it too?

Rangers!

My parents are visiting from South Dakota this week and my dad took the big boys to a Ranger's game yesterday.  The past two years the Ranger's have lost while my dad was visiting, so they were all happy to see a WIN!  Here they are as they were leaving yesterday...
