A few weeks ago, we received the okay to paint our kiddos rooms...even though we are only renting this house!! We were ALL very excited about this. We were also able to get the girls a beautiful Disney Princess bunkbed and dresser with a credit we received from a couch that Brent had surprised me with for Christmas. By June it was coming apart at every seam, was deemed defective and we were offered another couch or store credit. We chose the store credit. We purchased a much less expensive couch (as it was not leather) and had enough of a credit leftover for the bunkbed and dresser. Awesome, really awesome!!!

We also surprised the boys by moving their room to the other bedroom. It has very high ceilings and is a little bigger. They had NO idea we were doing this, so on Sunday when we surprised them with their new room they said it was like being on "Extreme Home Makeover". Oh man were they EXCITED!! It is amazing how a little paint and switching rooms can make everything seem new and exciting again!
It is so very fun to have some color on the walls again!! And add a touch of our personality to the walls of the place we will be calling home for awhile!

that purple princess room is something else! Man would my little ladies love to do a sleepover there!
And the photo of the two boys, arms around each other, on the top bunk in priceless. Thank you Jesus for siblings!
