Every year we listen to the same CD as we decorate the tree. This year I especially liked watching my oldest son Drew's face light up as the music came on. He was so excited. We all were. Such a fun tradition!! We use all gold and red for our King Jesus. Red signifying the blood he shed to pay for our sins. And the gold is for the King that He is...the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. All displayed on our ("fake") Evergreen tree signifying His eternal reign.
I love Christmas!

Christmas is my favorite holiday EVER!! I go nuts over it! Tell the kiddos I go nuts like Hammy on "Over the Hedge" when he drinks soda pop!! LOL I use red and gold too! This year we threw in a few shiny green bulbs. I love how you broke down what each color represents. I will have to steal that from you! hee hee Your tree looks beautiful. We do the same thing with Christmas songs while putting up the tree. Daniel is too cute. Isn't it funny how little ones pick out the most random things to play with! Tell the kids Kayla says HI!!!
