Cuddles, Tea Party, Wild Hair, Wrestling and a Sprinkling of Snowflakes

This morning Lizzy crawled in Daniel's crib and cuddled and read stories to him for about an hour. Such a sweet time for them both...

While Daniel napped and the boys played with a friend, the girlies and I had an afternoon tea party complete with hot chocolate and many sweet treats... :-)

Tonight after I washed Daniel's hair, I dried it and created this awesomely wild
hair...

And just a few minutes ago, I enjoyed watching my littlest boy "wrestle" with his daddy. Everyone else is already sleeping or you can be sure they would have been in on this scene as well...

Somehow I missed taking a picture of everybody creating a glitter filled, paper cut snowflake (probably because everyone needed LOTS of help:) and glitter projects always require lots of clean up!) We made the snowflakes to remind us of how just like no two snowflakes are alike, neither is their anyone just like us. We read Psalm 139 to go along with our project. God made us, he knows us, he knows every detail of our lives, and he loves us. Truths that I hope will sink deep into the hearts of my kiddos now and as they grow.

I love how they turned out...

Unique. Just like each of them. That was the whole point. :)
