A Day in the Life of Daniel- Day 17
Today we are still in the hospital and Daniel is not feeling well. We think that he picked up a stomach bug, but blood cultures have been taken and a nose swab done to rule out everything else. He has a fever and now that he has a central line, fevers will be a concern for blood infections or a central line infection. Here he is asleep in my arms this evening...
We cannot wait until we are able to snuggle up at home. Hopefully tomorrow.

I hope you guys can go home tomorrow and you do look great and the picture of holding Daniel is precious. He is such a honey and I hope things continue to get better for you each day. Thanks for keeping us updated - I truly do like to see how you are doing each day. What a special diary to look back on over the years as well!
