1000 Days

If you have been with us since we had the hope of being given 1000 days with Daniel, this past Sunday marked the 1000th day.  Of course now I want one thousand more!!  And I will pray we get them.  But wow.  At the time it was a "long shot " in the eyes of the medical community.  And here we are.  Although I did not achieve the picture/video snap shot each day, I do think we have treasured the time we have been given...which was the whole point!  And I have taken much video and many, many, many pictures along the way.   A Day in the Life of Daniel has continued to be a day with much adversity and sometimes crisis situations, but man does our little boy know how to laugh.  In fact, very few days have passed where we have not heard that belly laugh.  And not one day has passed where we did not see him smile...unless sedation or being on the ventilator prevented him from doing so.  He is an amazing little boy.  And we all love him so.  Thank you for praying, encouraging and cheering him on...will you do it for 1000 more days?

I know Daniel would love to have them.
