January 10th

Our last full day at the Disney Parks was a very full day.  Unfortunately, Daniel was sick with a tummy bug and had to stay back again, but he still had a fun day with daddy at the resort.  Before we headed to Animal Kingdom, the kids and I went to Pop Century looking for Applesauce for Daniel (to help his tummy) and posed for some pictures along the way.  Here is the girls in from of a 3 story Play-Doh...

And Lizzy with some pretty flowers...

Abby in front of the back entrance to our resort...

Sam with the characters from the Jungle Cruise...

Later in Animal Kingdom we met Donald Duck...

Pocahontas...

As the girls talked to Pocahontas, she asked them if they had any pets.  Here is what Lizzy said to her, "We had a fish, but he died. And we would have a puppy, but my little brother has a central heart line and right now it would be too dangerous for Daniel to have a puppy or a kitty."  Pocahontas then looked at me and I nodded and she just gave the girls a hug and we all agreed maybe when Daniel was a little older we could get a puppy.

We also met King Louie and Bayou

And Chip and Dale...

We rode Mt Everest 3 more times, we did the Safari one last time, and rode Dinosaur before leaving the park...

Then we headed to Hollywood Studios where we watched American Idol, rode the Tower of Terror and saw the awesome Fantasmic Show!

Drew had missed our 2nd day at the Magic Kingdom and REALLY wanted to ride Space Mountain one more time. So after Fantasmic, we took a bus and then the monorail and hustled our way through Magic Kingdom to Space Mountain.  All four big kids agreed that it was a great ride to end on.  Back at the resort we met up with daddy and Daniel for a late night Pizza dinner.  Another great day.  But man was I tired at the end of it!!

WOW-we can't even keep up with all you did in this day! It doesn't surprise me that Lizzy would pose in front of the flowers but it did kind of surprise me and warmed my heart when I read of the conversation with Pocahontas. I love how carefree Abby looked in the resort picture-what a neat picture! Sam you looked absolutely tiny in the jungle cruise picture-that must have been one big statue! And glad that Drew got to ride space mountain one more time! You are a super mom Jaci and Brent you are a super dad! Love, Grandpa and Grandma Z
